After receiving the application for conference sponsorship, the management office will issue an invoice. Payment should be made via bank transfer to the account specified below by June 30, 2026.
Please note that the transfer fee shall be borne by the sponsor.
Cancellations cannot be accepted after the invoice has been issued.
